French Main Courses
I am proud to say that I've cooked my own version of
Cheese gougeres already! I was amazed by its taste because it is not your typical cheese snack you see at restaurants. If you make it personal, there will nbc a personal touch you'll be making in the recipe and that will make it even more delicious. I believe that this one is perfect for a family picnic or just a simple time and you want to spend timer eating with your family and friends. I must say that it's really worth the try!
Hello and congratulations, I am glad you tried it and made it your own. Don't hesitate to experiment with different cheeses and spices. I also sometimes add chopped herbs... Always delicious. Bon appetit!
I am totally clueless with french cuisine. The only food I am aware of that has the word "French" in it was french fries. I am not even sure if it really came from France, I haven't bothered to google it yet. Everytime we encounter something new, it's so easy to learn about its history. We just google it. It's harder to decide which to listen to when it comes to old stuff we have known for years or way back when we were younger. It's always a surprise to find out that some notions that we have grown up with are not really fake, but inaccurate or irrelevant to the real history.
