At Paris Eastside we believe that everybody can cook.
For the past 15 years we have been teaching simple but elegant French fare, first in Paris, then in Seattle.
We have been the first ones to teach Seattleites
and visitors alike how to make French macarons, eclairs and other popular French pastries like kouign amann.
In addition to our pastry classes we also offer dinner cooking classes and team building cooking classes.
