Bonne Maman Milk Jam
A specialty of Normandie and Bretagne, this French milk jam is made of rich milk and sugar, cooked slowly and gently until it has attained a golden color and delicate caramel flavor. This product is a creamier and less sweet version of American caramel. Simply divine. Spread it atop a slice of bread or crepe or mix it with yogurt or fromage blanc.
