Lunch classes:
Join us alone or with friends or colleagues at 11.30am, spend a relaxing hour preparing lunch (one main course, changes every week. Examples: salmon and zucchinis quiche with a French salade verte, ratatouille and eggs ...), have lunch on what you just learned to prepare. Total time 1.30 hour. French cuisine 101: This course is built as a series of 4 classes, every Wednesday at 5pm. You can cover the four classes in one month, or over the course of three months if you prefer (recipes are seasonal). Possibility to book those classes one by one depending on availabilities. At the end of the series you'll have mastered the basics of French soups (including the famous "soupe à l'oignon" during the winter series), French tarts, French sautes and French desserts. The combination of recipes will change every quarter to follow the seasons. Total time for each class 2.00 hours. Bring containers and bring back home your production. French cuisine "les classiques": Join us at 10.30 for 3.00 hours of fun in the kitchen! Every week we explore different French classics, from cassoulet to bouillabaisse, or even full three courses menus. A wine is paired with what we prepare for those classes.
